Lionbridge — a provider of translation, development, and testing solutions — sought to promote its client successes through third party endorsements and to provide proof points that it delivers on its promises. To that end, Kido Communications developed a series of client case studies (also known as success stories). These client case studies detail the client challenge (why did they hire Lionbridge), the Lionbridge solution, and the quantitative and qualitative business results clients realized. Our services included interviewing Lionbridge subject matter experts, content development, editing, and proofreading.
Once complete, these client case studies, were shared with employees, clients, prospects, and the media to demonstrate Lionbridge’s unique capabilities and strengthen the brand.
