Keane needed to relaunch its Web site to convey the company’s new brand and speak more effectively to its target audiences. To develop this site, we formed a team of in-house information architects, writers, and designers to establish the site map, brand voice, and look and feel. We then worked with the executive team, business line managers, vertical practice heads, country managers, and senior contacts in HR, PR, and IR to draft content that would meet the needs of the company’s key constituents. At launch, we had a bold new site that supports the brand promise and is useful, usable, and engaging.
